Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear or damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
